To change your billing settings:
- Simply log in and head over to your Account Settings section (for desktop, on the top navigation bar; on mobile, in the hamburger menu).
To update your email address:
- Please reach out to us at help@jetty.com for further assistance. Please note the option to update your email address is only available for non-social log in users. If you signed up through Google or Facebook, you would need to reach out to these providers for further assistance.
To update your password:
- Head to https://www.jetty.com/app/login/ and select "Forgot Password". Please note the option to update your password is only available for non-social log in users. If you signed up through Google or Facebook, you would need to reach out to these providers for further assistance.
To update your phone number:
The phone number entered at sign up is not able to be changed, but rest assured, we will always send communications to the email on file regarding your account,
