How do I transfer/move my renters insurance plan?

Firstly, congratulations on the move! You can submit a request to move your plan on your Jetty account page. To transfer your renters insurance, all we need is:

• Your new address
• Your move-in date
• Your move-out date (when you're leaving your old place)

Just a heads up that the cost of your plan may change based on your new location. If you're staying in the same area, it shouldn't change by much (if at all). 

How do I cancel my renters insurance plan?

We’re sad to see you go! Are you sure there's nothing we can do differently to help change your mind?

If you're certain you don't want to transfer your Jetty plan to a new address, please contact us here to cancel.

Make sure to let us know what day you'd like your plan to end and we'll cancel your plan and send you a confirmation email. If you're on an annual payment schedule, we can backdate your request by up to 30 days and offer a pro-rated refund. If you're on a monthly payment schedule, we can backdate your request to the date of your last payment and give you a refund of that payment.
