One of the best features of Jetty Protect is the fact that protection is global. So, if you have a Jetty plan and something happens to your things, whether it went down in your backyard or while backpacking in Peru, we'll still get your back.
One thing to keep in mind is that, for the 'normal household belongings' protected under a Basic plan, if something happens to your things outside of your residence, the maximum amount you'll get reimbursed is 10% of the total amount of protection you purchased for the 'contents' or 'If something happens to my thing' protection feature.
So if you bought $30,000 of protection and your suitcase goes missing during your trip to France, first off, we're sorry, second, we're glad you're protected and third, you can claim up to $3,000 in that case. (The assumption here is that, unless you're the world's worst packer, you're probably not bringing your entire set of possessions along with you on your trip).
It's a different story when it comes to the Valuables and Portable Electronics Power-Ups; in those cases, you'll be fully protected for the entire amount of insurance you bought (minus the $100 deductible) and there are no percentages to think about.
