If you choose the monthly payment option you will make monthly payments for the entire duration of your tenancy. If you live in Texas or New York, you will pay either each month for the length of your tenancy or a maximum of 19 monthly payments - whichever is shorter.
If you plan to stay at your property long-term, we suggest making a one-time payment. It costs a bit more upfront, but your deposit will remain in place for as long as you live at your property (even if you renew your lease) with no additional payments after sign up.
If you are within the first 11 months of your Jetty Deposit start date, you can reach out to help@jetty.com to switch to the one-time payment option if you plan to renew your lease, but don't want to continue to make monthly payments.
